I believe beauty changes people.
In a world that often feels rushed, noisy, distracted, and overwhelming, moments of wonder have the power to wake us back up to life. A quiet sunrise over Lake Superior. The dramatic cliffs of Iceland. The stillness of a forest trail. Light breaking through storm clouds. Ancient streets filled with history and story.
These moments remind us that the world is still extraordinary.
Through photography, storytelling, travel, and encouragement, my goal is to help people reconnect with beauty, creativity, possibility, and a deeper appreciation for life itself.
Photography has become far more than simply taking pictures for me. It has become a way to inspire people to slow down, notice more deeply, dream bigger, pursue adventure, and live more fully alive.
The Journey
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to exploration, creativity, and meaningful experiences. Whether traveling across Iceland, wandering through the villages of Greece, hiking the Pacific Northwest, or capturing quiet moments close to home in Minnesota, I’ve always been searching for something deeper than just beautiful images.
I’ve been searching for moments that move people emotionally.
Over time, I realized photography itself was never the final destination.
It became the language I use to communicate wonder, inspiration, adventure, and possibility.
Many people purchase artwork simply to decorate a wall. But I believe truly meaningful art does something more. It creates atmosphere. It sparks memory. It inspires emotion. It reminds us of experiences, dreams, and the beauty that still exists in the world around us.
That belief shapes everything I create.
More Than Photography
Today, my work extends beyond simply creating fine art landscape photography.
Through images, writing, storytelling, teaching, and encouragement, I strive to help people:
- rediscover beauty,
- reconnect with creativity,
- pursue adventure,
- embrace wonder,
- and live more meaningful and fully alive lives.
Whether someone is hanging a large statement piece in their home, reading one of my travel stories, following along on social media, or learning photography and creative marketing strategies, my hope is always the same:
That they walk away feeling inspired, encouraged, and more connected to the beauty and possibility of life.

I am honored to be recognized as one of Minnesota’s Top Landscape Photographers and to have my work featured by organizations including WCCO, Artsy Shark, Explore Minnesota, and many others.
But beyond awards or recognition, what matters most to me is creating work that genuinely moves people.
A Life of Adventure and Creativity
Some of my greatest joy comes from exploring the world alongside my wife and experiencing the beauty, cultures, stories, and people that make every place unique.
Travel has taught me that beauty exists almost everywhere if we are willing to slow down long enough to notice it.
That lesson continues to shape both my life and my work.
I believe creativity matters.
I believe adventure matters.
I believe wonder matters.
And I believe we are meant to live fully awake to the richness and beauty of life.
