Free Photography Lessons for You in 2021 from Wayne Moran Travel Photography
2020 has been an exceedingly challenging year for many people around the world. For some, a year like that caused them to go into despair. For others, it gives them a time to step back, reanalyze and reprioritize our goals for moving forward. What this difficult time helped us to realize is how important it is to use our time wisely and to stay focused on the most important things. Going through this process helped us to more clearly define our short and long term goals for life and photography. We decided it was time for us to offer Free Photography Lessons for You in 2021
Two Core Ideas
During this process, two core ideas keep coming up again and again.
1. The 1st idea is to grow and use our gifts and abilities as photographers in the best way possible.
2. The 2nd idea is actually a question. How do we serve the largest community most effectively in all that we do?
Making a Plan – Setting Goals
Rolling these ideas over in our minds for several weeks helped us through to process of actually setting goals for the year. These are the goals we set:
1. See and Capture the Most Beautiful Places in the World
This has been on the list, but it has become more urgent and it has become even more critical to plan wisely to make it happen. The most urgent places on this list are currently…
- Greece
- Israel
- Turkey
- Norway
- Switzerland
- Iceland
- The Andes throughout South America – Patagonia
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Antarctica
The purpose for traveling to the these amazing places are twofold:
a. To take in the glory of God’s creation and capture it in the best way possible.
b. To invite you along for the ride. For those of you who can’t travel, you get to travel through me.
2. Build Our Capacity to Train More People on More Subjects
The 2nd goal is to vastly expand our teaching capabilities, so that we can teach other photographers to capture beauty around them in the best way possible. We will be building more content both in articles and how to videos. We will also be building more topics for 1 on 1 and group trainings.
3. Start Leading Photography Adventures
The 3rd goal is to bring more intrepid travelers along us on our Photography Adventures. We will be planning trips that make it easy for fellow photographers to come along and learn the skills they have been dying to learn and immediately put the new skills into practice as they capture the beauty they have always dreamed of.
