Free Photography Lessons Giveaway
Friends, I am becoming aware of how short life is and how important it is to be a blessing to those around us. Let me tell you a little story about what happened recently.
Jeremy Cowart
A few weeks ago I watched an incredible video by the amazingly gifted, hugely successful and shockingly humble photographer, Jeremy Cowart. You can check him out here: https://www.facebook.com/jeremycowart/. He has a video called “I’m possible” and it’s his story of becoming the photographer he is. If you haven’t seen it you can watch the video here. https://www.facebook.com/jeremycowart/videos/10153274835971260
He has a wonderfully powerful uplifting story and it moved me deeply. In the video he asks the question “so what about all the success and fame?” Good question eh?

Use Your Gift to Bless Others
In part of the video he was talking about a program he created to encourage photographers from around the world to give a gift of photography to someone in need. This is a once-a-year event where thousands or tens of thousands of photographers from around the world come together for a day to offer their gifts and abilities to someone in need. Wow, powerful eh?

Photography Has Power
The two main points about this story that hit me so strongly was first of all the power of photography. Photographers have the power and the ability to change the way people see themselves and the world around them. In this sometimes dark and dreary world this gift and ability can indeed be a lifesaver for some people.

Some Have A Dream But No Way To See It Come To Life
Secondly, many people around us have a dream to become a photographer or artist. The dream is easy but a way to see it happen, that is the hard part. At first it might be the person does not even see the dream as possible for them. Then, they might know know how to get the equipment, The learning curve might seem too steep. Frankly they might be just overwhelmed. They just don’t see a way to make that happen.
I have to power and the ability to easily help them, and what am I doing about it?

Take Action
It is one thing to be emotionally moved by a powerful story, but it’s another thing to take some action. These thoughts have been rumbling around in my head for several weeks now and it is time to take some action. I have learned to pay attention to that still small voice in my head telling me to do something.
So with that in mind I have decided to offer A Free Five Session Photography Class to the to the person has the most compelling story of both need and passion.
That is a value of more than $400 and it can be all yours for free!

As a Minnesota based photographer and artist, Wayne focuses his skills and energies on landscapes, cityscapes, architectural, nature and portrait photography.
His best work comes from images first painted in his mind. He mulls over a prospective image for weeks or months, seeing it from different angles and perspectives, then finally deciding what to capture, he takes action. The result is images that deeply touch a person’s emotions and powerfully evoke memories and dreams.
His images are used commercially by companies and organizations ranging from Financial Services firms, mom and pop Ice Cream shops and The Basilica of St Mary. The images are used to communicate their shared vision and values. Book, magazine and calendar publishers have featured his images in their publications and on their covers. His photographs also grace and enhance the décor of many fine homes.
